CEO, Founder
Adam Goodstein
Adam Goodstein is the founder of Seastone Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on industrial and multifamily acquisitions and management.
Adam has a successful track record in the industry, having acquired and managed over $2.0 billion in transactions over the past 10 years. Prior to founding Seastone Capital, he worked for The Lightstone Group, an $8.0 billion AUM real estate private equity group, where he completed numerous industrial and multifamily acquisitions. Adam also served as Head of Acquisitions at A&E Real Estate, a $4.0 billion AUM real estate investment firm.
Adam holds a B.S. in Accounting from Queens College, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Chris Webb
As an Acquisitions Analyst at Seastone Capital, Chris supports industrial and multifamily acquisitions including market research, deal underwriting, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to working for Seastone, Chris underwrote multifamily transactions for Rosewood Realty Group.
Chris will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University in the
spring of 2025.

Eitan Levy
As an Asset Management Analyst at Seastone Capital, Eitan supports the performance optimization of industrial and multifamily property portfolios by conducting market research and overseeing property management to maximize value and returns.
Prior to working for Seastone, Eitan underwrote multifamily transactions for Rosewood Realty Group.
Eitan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Yeshiva University where he graduated summa cum laude.
Analyst, Acquisitions
Jake Lasher
As an Acquisition Analyst at Seastone Capital, Jake focuses on sourcing and evaluating multifamily and industrial real estate opportunities. He supports the full transaction lifecycle by underwriting potential acquisitions, performing due diligence, and preparing investor materials.
Prior to joining Seastone, Jake underwrote New York City multifamily transactions at Rosewood Realty Group and worked on data center development projects as an analyst at Compo Capital Advisors.
Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, graduating with a 3.8 GPA in 2023.
